Frank Walter

Frank brings 25 years of leadership experience working with business units of large, publicly traded as well as small, privately held companies. His diversity of experience helps him quickly relate to a broad range of business situations and executive personalities.
Large Corporate Experience
Frank served as Vice President for an International Advisory and Consulting firm, where he provided strategic advice and perspective to senior business executives. Major initiatives focused on adapting to the shift in market forces necessitating future growth from Services.
He previously was Principal in the Consulting arm of an international IT company, where he served a leadership role in implementing the Services strategy for the firm in the Midwest. Recognized as a leader in team development, Frank was certified as an internal corporate mentor. Employees actively sought his help as they strived to improve their business skills.
Small to Midsize Corporate Experience
Frank directed the day-to-day operations for the Professional Services and Product organizations of an IT Product Reseller and Services Company. He provided executive leadership for sales, professional services, customer-service and product procurement. Net profit increased 392% over a two-year period during Frank's tenure.
As President and Chief Operating Officer of an eleven-year-old PC training company, Frank directed a turnaround while building from scratch an IT consulting organization. Under his direction, revenue doubled, profits exceeded published averages for both industry segments, and client satisfaction reached an all-time high. A survey conducted by the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee showed employee satisfaction to be the highest in a sampling of 350 companies.
Frank received his Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin. He has been a speaker at the University of Wisconsin Management Institute and Marquette University MBA program, and has conducted numerous in-company sessions on topics ranging from organizational and marketing strategies to the advantages of consultative selling.
Frank is a Chairman for Executive Agenda (EA), a full-service executive development program for senior executives and managers. He chairs two EA groups in Southeastern Wisconsin.
Frank and his wife, Milena, reside in New Berlin, Wisconsin. They have two children, Dave, an attorney, and Mitra, a classically schooled artist. |
