Tim Pappas

Tim is a co-founder and Principal of Pappas DeLaney, LLC. He assists clients in two primary areas, Executive Search and Development.

Executive Search Experience
As an 18+ year veteran of the search industry, Tim has conducted searches in a variety of industries, including packaged consumer goods, engineered and/or specialty designed metal products, printing and publishing, and consulting and/or engineering organizations. Tim has worked successfully with private and public organizations.

Tim has filled positions in general management (COO, CEO), engineering (water engineering, product development and new product development), sales (Vice President, Regional Sales Manager-Software), marketing (VP Product Marketing, Database Marketing Director), materials (Materials Manager, Director of Materials), manufacturing (VP Manufacturing, Director of Manufacturing/Operations), MIS (VP/Director of MIS), finance (VP of Finance, Cost Accounting Manager) and human resources (Vice President of Human Resources).

Executive Development Experience
Tim contributed to a team involved in the development, marketing and implementation of new educational services and programs for The Executive Committee (TEC).

For more then 17 years, Tim has been a Chairman for Executive Agenda (EA), a full-service executive development program for senior executives and managers. He chairs one EA group and one EA Professionals group in Southeastern Wisconsin.

At the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, he has taught classes designed to improve the selection methods for senior executives.

Tim holds a Master's degree from Central Michigan University; additional Ph.D. courses (University of Nebraska at Lincoln) with an emphasis in Organizational Design; and a Bachelor of Science degree from Ferris State University. Tim and his wife, Marilyn, reside in Franklin, Wisconsin, with their three children.
